Gabriel Reynoso is the designated service owner for changes Opportuna makes to a client's connected systems under this service. The last section states what this page does not claim.

Pausing a workflow
We can pause a supported AI agent at your request. When we pause it, new supported work stops moving forward until we authorize it to resume.
If you asked for the pause, we will resume it when an authorized contact asks us to. If we paused an agent for security, misuse, legal requirements, or risk to other customers, only Opportuna may restore it after review.

How your data is handled
How your data is handled is documented in our Privacy Policy. It covers the role of Cloudflare and Turnstile, how Cal.com is used for scheduling, how an idea submission is handled, what data minimization means in practice, how long data is retained, and how to make a privacy-rights request.
